These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rbajy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rbajy website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features available at rbajy.org. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the rbajy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players using rbajy from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which rbajy operates. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rbajy platform. rbajy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

By accessing the rbajy platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a complete and binding legal agreement between you and rbajy. Your use of the platform is conditional on your ongoing compliance with these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with rbajy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rbajy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant promotion, and these Terms shall govern all other aspects of your use of rbajy.

To register for and use rbajy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rbajy strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players, in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gambling platforms serving the Bangladesh market.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. rbajy may request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or director of rbajy or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including any previously activated self-exclusion on rbajy itself.

rbajy reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you do not meet or cease to meet these requirements. Any funds in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with rbajy's account closure procedures, which may include forfeiture of bonus funds and return of verified deposits where applicable.

To access rbajy's full range of services — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all rbajy accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) rbajy account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, operated by, or transferred to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. rbajy will never ask you to disclose your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rbajy support immediately.
• rbajy may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in temporary restrictions on your account until verification is complete.

rbajy reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts registered with false information will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds associated with such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

rbajy supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on rbajy:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your rbajy account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to the processing policies of that payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. rbajy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from an account not registered in your name will be reversed and your rbajy account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rbajy's finance team following a formal request. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• rbajy reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, and to delay or suspend withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
• rbajy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, the relevant payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside rbajy's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule of their chosen payment provider.

All funds deposited into your rbajy account are held for the purpose of gaming on the rbajy platform only. rbajy does not pay interest on player account balances. Funds in your rbajy account are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme and are at risk in the event that rbajy becomes unable to meet its financial obligations.

rbajy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must play through a bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• rbajy reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has already been credited to your account, any qualifying deposit that triggered the bonus will remain in your account but the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be removed.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting where applicable. Bonus funds will appear as a separate balance in your rbajy account and may be subject to specific game restrictions as detailed in individual promotion terms.

rbajy does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus or promotion and reserves the right to change promotion schedules without notice, including during BPL season, IPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal promotional periods. Players in Bangladesh who have concerns about a specific bonus or promotion are encouraged to contact rbajy support before claiming.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on rbajy, including sports betting markets and casino game wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rbajy does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where rbajy exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• rbajy reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, pricing error, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake to the player's rbajy account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all rbajy markets. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account status. rbajy may apply individual bet limits to specific player accounts at its discretion, without being required to give notice or a reason.
• rbajy's decision on the outcome of any bet, game, or dispute is final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms. Players who disagree with a settlement outcome must submit a formal complaint to rbajy support within 30 days of the disputed settlement date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbajy. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the rbajy platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to using stolen payment details, providing false identity information, or engaging in any scheme designed to defraud rbajy or other players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies intended to exploit pricing errors.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the rbajy platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms, including for the purpose of placing bets, harvesting data, or circumventing security controls.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error in the rbajy platform for financial gain. Any winnings accrued as a result of exploiting a technical error will be voided and reclaimed by rbajy.
• Using the rbajy platform in connection with any money laundering activity. rbajy complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

rbajy may share information about prohibited conduct with other gambling operators, fraud prevention agencies, and law enforcement bodies where legally required or permitted to do so. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits, return of winnings, or compensation of any kind.

rbajy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy violations.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by rbajy, or provision of false or misleading documentation during the KYC process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the rbajy platform or the fairness of games and markets available on it.
• A request by the player for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure under rbajy's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, rbajy will process any verified withdrawal of legitimate funds in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus funds, promotional credits, and any winnings accrued through the use of bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure where the closure is the result of a Terms violation.

rbajy is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to be applied to their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Time-out: Players may activate a time-out period (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) during which they will be unable to log into or use their rbajy account. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

No content from the rbajy platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of rbajy.

The rbajy name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of rbajy. Unauthorised use of rbajy's trademarks in connection with any goods or services, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or to disparage rbajy, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbajy excludes all liability for the following:

• Any financial losses, including gaming losses, arising from your use of the rbajy platform. Gambling involves risk, and the possibility of losing money is an inherent part of all betting and gaming activity. rbajy cannot be held liable for gaming losses of any amount.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the rbajy platform or any game or service offered on it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, or any other event outside rbajy's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of your use of or inability to use the rbajy platform, even if rbajy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By registering an account and using the rbajy platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rbajy uses your personal data to provide and improve its services, to verify your identity, to process transactions, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.

rbajy does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. rbajy may share your personal data with its licensed technology providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. All personal data is held securely using SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection practices.

rbajy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, rbajy will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
